Thank you for shopping with Phynae Luxe Co. We are committed to delivering your order as quickly and securely as possible.

Processing Time
Orders are typically processed within 2–5 business days. During high-demand periods, launches, or holidays, processing times may be slightly extended.

Shipping Time
Estimated delivery times:

  • United States: 3–7 business days
  • International: 7–21 business days

International Orders

Customers outside the United States may see prices displayed in their local currency when available. However, some orders may be processed in USD depending on Shopify’s supported currencies and payment providers.International customers are responsible for any customs duties, import taxes, VAT, or other fees required by their country. These charges are determined by local customs authorities and are not controlled by Phynae Luxe Co.

Please note that delivery times may vary due to customs processing, carrier delays, weather conditions, or other unforeseen circumstances.

Tracking Information

Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with tracking information.

Incorrect Addresses
Please ensure your shipping address is correct before placing your order. Phynae Luxe Co. is not responsible for orders shipped to incorrectly entered addresses. If an order is returned due to an incorrect or incomplete address, additional shipping charges may apply before the order can be reshipped.

 

Lost, Stolen, or Delayed Packages

We are not responsible for shipping delays caused by carriers, customs, or unforeseen circumstances.  However, if your package is significantly delayed or lost, please contact us at shopphynaeluxe@gmail.com and we will do our best to assist you. We kindly ask customers to exercise patience during peak seasons, product launches, holidays, and international transit periods, as shipping carriers and customs agencies may experience delays outside of our control.
